The United States Tennis Association awarded the Longboat Key Tennis Center the 1999 Outstanding Tennis Facility Award. There are 10 soft clay courts and daily organized events including Round Robins, for men, ladies and mixed couples. They also offer clinics, lessons, ball machines and match making services.
