I was in Florida for four days to look at condominiums. Before coming to Florida, I had viewed condominiums for sale on various websites. I didn’t make any appointments before I arrived in Florida because I wanted to look at the areas and buildings to see which ones I should focus on. As a result, for the most part, I found it difficult to set up appointments on short notice. I left a voice mail for the Addy Wittig Team and in a relatively short time, after office hours, they responded. Gail helped me look at the condos I wanted to see and I settled on making an offer on this one. She called her assistant after I told her I would make an offer and the paperwork was drafted by the time we got to her office.
